• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• A clear unboxing video is recommended for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Non-returnable conditions:
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags/packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
